  On the early morning hour of February 12th 2016 I was stopped by Trooper Frye near Green River after watching a movie in Rock Springs. I was deeply involved in a discussion about the movie not paying attention to my speed. Over the years of living in Wyoming I have had a few run in's with troopers here and there as there are many miles from one side of this state to the other. Trooper Frye is the most courteous and professional trooper that I have come across in a long time. WHP is blessed to have him representing them out on the road and more over setts the example of how to treat people and represent his agency and the State of Wyoming in the performance of his duty. Law enforcement is a difficult job and there are never enough good things said about the job they do. Specifically when the are the ones that people call hero's because of how they treat the public by setting an example. Thank you Trooper Fry for your professionalism in dealing with my wrong doing.
